I cannot open it!!!

So i brought it... and im really not satisfied... I hate that boring music that they play dont like the graphic the game is just boring... DONT WASTE YOURE MONEY ITS REALLY NOT WORTH IT

well- it is just ok- passes the time but nothing really special about it.

Fun little addictive game! Just needs more levels.

Im a big fan of Sallys Salon and Sallys Spa so this game seemed right up my alley. It doesnt match up to the Sally games though. I found it a little too challenging and have had to repeat several levels. Making expert wasnt even a possibility most of the time. Too hard! Also removing the glass from the cut patient is also a list cause. The touch sensitivity isnt enough. I drop the glass pieces in the tray and they fly right back into the patients back. I mentally groan every time I see this gut show up in line. The difficulty incline and the frustrating glass patient warrant this game a mere 2 stars. Not impressed

I love this game needs more levels b/c I wanted to play more!

I want my dollar back! This is terrible. Not fun at all. You cant help but concentrate so hard on how awful this game is.

Not sure why other ppl are so down on it :) its FUN!

Dont purchase it because even Level 1 is hard! Take my advice! If I didnt have to rate at least 1 star I would of given it 0 stars!

I always get the openfeint free games and groan every time I see Triniti Interactive pop up when I open the app. Their games are all low quality clones of better games with ads and in-app purchase spam, and this one is no different. I got this for free and still feel ripped off. Stay away.

Very boring already wanting player to buy upgrades in level one. Dont waste your time on the download even if its free

This app is AWFUL!! Its not even close to being as good as Sallys Spa! I bought it but took it off my iPod because it was awful! Sally Spa is an upbeat game but this one is kinda depressing the music is sooo sad and boring! Take my advice and dont waste your money like I did!

Really? The Ultrasound is stuck on levels 10 & 11. I had to exit at least 6 times and go back before I could finish. Level 10 and now the same problem with level 11. Thank goodness I didnt pay for this!

fun at first but it started to lag BIG TIME. yeck!!

I loved this game a lot. Its super addicting and I only wish that there were more levels, because its pretty easy to blaze through in a day or so.

Honestly, I would not buy this app. It needs more improvement.

It crashes before I can even play.
